Dear Youth Ministers, Campus Ministers, and Parish Leaders,
I’m excited to welcome you to the first issue of our new newsletter, “Equipped.”
This new format is more than just a name change — it’s a renewed commitment to serve, support, and strengthen you in your vital role as ministers to the young Church. The word “Equipped” is drawn from Ephesians 4:12, which reminds us of our mission:
“To equip the saints for the work of ministry,
for building up the body of Christ.”
You are not in this alone. Whether your program is large or small, long-established or just beginning, we are here to support your ministry and renew your mission.
Thank you for all you do to serve the youth of our diocese. Your faithfulness matters — and together, we are building up the Body of Christ.
